Build Your BBQ, Build Your Lego — Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Spackie's Holdings LLC, doing business as Spackie's Original BBQ ("Sponsor"), Eagle Mountain, Utah.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the state of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Spackie's Holdings LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on August 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM MT and ends on September 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM MT (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Entrants may submit one (1) entry by completing the entry form at spackies.com/pages/shopfest-giveaway, either online or in person at the Spackie's Original BBQ booth at Shopfest Utah market on September 12, 2026. Entry requires a valid first name, last name, email address, and confirmation that the entrant is 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of Utah. Phone number is optional and is used only for winner notification if the winner cannot be reached by email. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win, and agreeing to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or win. Optional marketing consent is collected via a separate checkbox, pre-checked by default, which entrants may uncheck at any time before submitting their entry to decline. Limit one (1) entry per person / per email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded, as follows:

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): LEGO® Technic™ 1966 Ford GT40 MKII Race Car (42223), approximate retail value $74.99
  • Second Prize (1 winner): LEGO® Speed Champions Lightning McQueen (77255), approximate retail value $27.99
  • Third Prize (1 winner): LEGO® Creator 3-in-1 Exotic Parrot (31136), approximate retail value $19.99

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $122.97. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Winners will be asked to provide a mailing address after being selected, for identity/residency verification and prize delivery if unable to pick up at the market. No cash alternative or substitution is offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion in the event a specific prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the Second Prize winner, followed by the Third Prize winner. Before each winner is confirmed, Sponsor will collect a mailing address to verify eligibility; if that address matches the address of a previously confirmed winner in this Giveaway, that entrant is ineligible for the additional prize and an alternate entry will be drawn in their place. All drawings will take place within 72 hours after the close of the Entry Period, no later than September 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified by email (and by phone, if a number was provided) using the contact information submitted at entry, and must respond within 48 hours of the notification attempt. If a winner cannot be reached within this time, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner for that prize by the same random-drawing method.

7. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes, in its sole discretion, to have violated these rules or engaged in fraudulent conduct, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if it is unable to run as planned for any reason. By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy and Marketing
Information collected through entry will be used to administer the Giveaway. Email addresses will be added to Spackie's Original BBQ's marketing list unless the entrant unchecks the separate, optional marketing consent box before submitting their entry. Consent to receive marketing emails is not a condition of entry or of winning, and entrants who leave the box checked may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. Entry information will not be sold to third parties.

9. Sponsorship Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or The LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this Giveaway.
