Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of food items including dry rubs, seasoning blends, and spice kits are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products once shipped, as we have no way to guarantee the product has not been opened or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at spackiesoriginalbbq@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We want every customer to be happy with their order. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll do our best to take care of you.
