All products are hand-crafted in small batches using quality ingredients. While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, slight variations between batches may occur due to the artisan nature of our products. Our seasonings contain no preservatives or anti-caking agents, which means some natural clumping may occur over time depending on humidity and storage conditions. This is completely normal and does not affect flavor or quality — simply break up or stir the seasoning before use. For best results, reseal the bag tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.

Product descriptions, including ingredients and usage instructions, are provided for informational purposes. Please review all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing if you have food allergies or sensitivities. Spackie's Original BBQ is not responsible for allergic reactions to our products.

All sales of food products are final. Please see our Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.
