Shipping policy

Note: We will be away July 25-August 2. Any orders placed during this time are fully confirmed and will ship starting August 3. We appreciate your patience - thanks for supporting our small, family-run BBQ business! 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our small-batch kitchen in the mountains of Utah. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship via USPS to addresses within the United States, US Territories, US Armed Forces. We ship via DHL or FedEx to Canada, UK, and Australia. 

Local pickup or delivery is available for select products in the Eagle Mountain, Utah area.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier but typically range from 3-7 business days after shipment. Spackie's Original BBQ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
